Went to Ocala Car Audio & Tint, they wanted to charge me $727 for tints on my 2021 Toyota Camry. Put down a deposit without thinking about them ripping me off, and didn’t know all sales were final. After speaking with the sales manager, I got my money back. Decided to go to Kents, and I’m so glad I did! They did a great job! They don’t make you feel like just another customer! I recently purchased a pioneer touchscreen receiver & backup camera for our daughter for Christmas and took it to Kent car audio. Which Kent and Preston went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and looked good. I had purchased a Kenwood touchscreen for our daughters Mazda 3 from Preston a few years ago, & they ordered me the wiring harness that had the steering wheel controls & made sure everything came in right, and we were very happy with all their work! Had my jeep taken in to have my subs checked out. Turns out they were blown. Preston not only took good care of me by replacing my blown subs,(which is all I asked to have done)he also took it upon himself too straighten out my head unit which was slightly crooked, and adjust my new subs and other speakers so everything sounded amazing when I picked it back up. Highly recommended. They also cut me a break on some labor time by not charging me for every second that they could have. I highly recommend this audio shop. Top quality prices and customer service. We had a great experience. If you are familiar with the Audi brand, you will appreciate when a technician is able to adapt a aftermarket Stereo/Navigation system, and have all the original Audi controls (steering wheel controls, bluetooth, diagnostics, engine oil level, tire pressure monitor...) working flawless with the new system. It was not easy, however, untill everything was 100% functional, they never gave up. Very professional, clean work, and the price was as good as their service.

Not interested in a black out tint or an expensive audio set up for my 50-year old Nova, Kent set me up with exactly what I wanted - with no attempt at an upsell. This shop is hands down the best I've ever been to. Called the shop (after hours) and Kent answered. Told him that I was looking for some replacement speakers for my Harley. He said he had what I wanted in stock and to come in Monday morning. When I got there, Preston went out of his way to ensure the new speakers would work (custom application). So I take them home and proceed to mess everything up. Ended up taking whole fairing back to Kent's shop and showed them what happened. He said "no problem" and had Rick come out to see if project could be salvaged. Once again "no problem", that is why you go to a professional installer! I can't express how much I appreciate Kent, Preston and Rick. If there were 10 stars instead of 5 I would give them 10 stars. It's rare nowadays to find a good, honest and professional shop to deal with. This place is awesome, and should you need stereo or tinting done, I would look no further than Kent's Kar Stereo and Window Tinting! You will not be disappointed! Wow, as I'm typing this, Preston just called and said my project is done!! I was expecting tomorrow sometime! Thank y'all so much, I can't tell you how impressed I am right now! Stop in without appointment to have my two front door windows tinted. Talked with Preston who was very knowledgeable about the different tints available. He took the time to show me his tinted windows on his truck and also the owners car windows too. They had a cancellation and put me in that slot and after 30 minutes I was on my way back to Ocala. Very professional staff and explained in detail how to maintain and care for the window tint. If, possible I would have given them 10 star rating instead of 5.

Call today made an appointment for 3:30 PM got right in no waiting, tint looks great. I also have an issue with my CD player which is factory, unfortunately it needs to be sent out to be fixed and Preston took the time to explain it all to me. Stellar Service! Had a motor and regulator fail in my 2003 Subaru driver's side window. They made a few calls to get me the best price, called me when the part was in, and I was in and out of there in no time. I really appreciate you taking time to get the code from Honda to fix my radio. They would have charged me 3 times as much.... to give me a code they installed into the radio .. don't get me wrong I really like Hona mini vans but I don't get why they put antitheft systems on these big ol' radios. They have a great selection of Rockford Fosgate speakers, and we came without an appt. And he worked is straight in.. we had all door speakers and tweeters and a hidden under the seat speaker system installed in our 2013 Ford F150 I love the system it's awesome and I think my husband loves his new system more than me... lol joke...They are very knowledgeable and very nice I appreciate his wife letting us here the system in her car so I can get an idea of what my new 2017 Kia Forte will sound like if I decide to get all my speakers replaced in my car.. overall very happy with this place and will continue to be loyal customers...

I went in today to get my girl friends radio in her car fixed and the staff were very quick to figure out what was wrong and fixed it right the first time! Kent, Preston, and Brad awesome! They take pride in everything they sell and install. They have replaced every aspect of my car stereo in my car. The install in my car was perfect! I was wanting to upgrade my factory speakers and in my research Kent's Kar Stereo is top shelf! Preston came up with a great game plan that other shops I considered did not! The install was professional,clean and both Kent and Preston worked all day on my car and installed speakers amp and radio ump as if it was there own car!!!!! Sweet!! Also got the windows tinted car looks great and I know I will always be in good hands with anyone in their shop!!!!! My car is a big investment and they respect that also!!!
